Acceptance of terms
By using the JHMT EDT Registration System, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Authorized use
This app is for BOH JHMT official facilitators only. Do not share access or tokens with unauthorized individuals.
Access and identity
Access is validated using your session email. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted and for safeguarding your account.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for legitimate BOH-JHMT activities (registration and token management) and comply with applicable policies and laws.
Prohibited conduct
- Bypass authentication or authorization
- Misuse tokens or registration flows
- Interfere with integrations or attempt unauthorized data access
- Introduce malware, scrape, or overload the system
Integrations and third-party services
The app integrates with CardanoScan API service to check wallet validity.
Communications
You agree to receive transactional emails necessary to operate the service (e.g., confirmations, updates).
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Intellectual property
All code, content, and materials are owned by the app owner or licensors. No rights are granted beyond what is necessary to use the app.
Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. We are not liable for unavailability or data loss.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the app owner and BOH from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for suspected misuse or policy violations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and BOH policies. Venue and jurisdiction follow the app owner's operating location unless otherwise required by law.
